Meta App Review will not approve Messenger permissions without a reachable privacy policy URL, and both app stores require one. It is the single piece of unwritten content on this site with an external dependency, so it should be written first.
The headings below are the sections a reviewer looks for. Replace each one with real text; do not ship the prompts.
Who we are
TODO: registered company name, address, and how to contact you about privacy.
What we collect
TODO: separate the two clearly, because they are treated differently.
- From shop owners — account details, shop settings, payment proofs uploaded for credit top-ups.
- From your customers, on your behalf — Messenger and Telegram messages, names, phone numbers, delivery addresses, order history, payment receipt screenshots.
Why we collect it
TODO: one line per purpose. Be specific about the AI features, because they send message content to a third-party model provider — say which, and say so plainly.
Who we share it with
TODO: list every processor. At minimum: the hosting provider, the AI model provider, and Meta/Telegram as the messaging platforms.
How long we keep it
TODO: retention periods, and what happens to a shop’s data after it stops using BizCoPilot.
Your rights
TODO: how a shop owner, and how one of their customers, asks for a copy or a deletion. Link to the data deletion page.
Changes to this policy
TODO.
