Meta asks for a data deletion instructions URL alongside the privacy policy. It must be reachable without logging in, which is why it lives here rather than inside the app.

How to request deletion

TODO: the actual steps. A working instructions page needs, at minimum:

• the address to write to,
• what to include so you can identify the account,
• how long it takes,
• what gets deleted and what is kept (and why — accounting records usually have to be kept).

If you are a customer of a shop, not a shop owner

TODO: this case matters and is easy to forget. Someone who messaged a shop on Facebook has their name, phone number and order history in BizCoPilot without ever having signed up for it. Say how they ask for removal.
